About the Course
In Psychology, we learn that your thinking affects your behavior, and your behavior affects your thinking. Therefore, when I see your behavior, I know your thoughts about yourself. When I listen to your thoughts about yourself and the world around you, it often shows up in your behavior. Many people are battling sadness, guilt, loneliness, bitterness, thoughts of harming themselves, thoughts of not being good enough, thoughts of not being a good father or mother, thoughts of being stuck in a world that gives no handouts, thoughts of thinking they must live a certain way for the rest of their lives because they cannot see any other way. However, what if that were not true. What if that was all in your head? Join us for this workshop that will help you to explore your thoughts and beliefs, wrestle with them a bit, and come up a brand-new person. Change your mindset, and you will very well change your life! Don’t live one more minute stuck in your thoughts when the rest of your life can be so much sweeter.
